Full Warranty
Get warranty period in 90 (ninety) days from date of shipment. If the failure is the same fault. We pleased to re-fix the instrument.
|
|
|
Standard repairs units and parts of replacement are warranted for a period of three months from date of shipment under normal conditions. If our evaluation finds the failure to be fault from defect in workmanship and materials, we will gladly repair your item again at no charge.
|
|

|
The above warranty shall not apply to:
|
|
• Items that failure or defect has results from accident, abuse, severe environment, exposure, misapplication, operation exceeding the rated capacities, negligence, abnormal condition of temperature, moisture, dirty or corrosive matter, improper calibration ,storage, or handling by customer.
|
|
• Items that failure or defect has results from unauthorized maintenance or repair, or if the barcode label has been removed or altered in any manner
|

Important: Before sending the item, please contact NEC to determine whether the item is within the warranty period and to alert NEC of your warranty claim.
